>Siege Perilous Recruitment Policy

To get into THIEF you're going to have to go through the recruitment stone first, but even before that, I won't even consider it unless you begin posting steals on the forums as an unguilded thief. These epiodes will be posted with the "Guest Episode" tag. You won't have access to the Siege Perilos sub-forum and you won't be friended to the tower (yet).

Once you get on the recruitment stone, your job is simple: You have to have at least 2 successful steals captured with screenshots. Post those steals on the forums and I'll have them up on the main site within 24 hours. These don't have to be actual "stories." They can just be pics with captions of what's going on. It's up to you.

Every once in a while me (and others) will think of a competition the recruits can go through. These competitions can be anything that comes to mind. The winner gets in the guild. (There have to be at least 2 recruits on at one time to have one of these competitions. How else will we know who wins?) Only one person gets in at a time.

I do this for a couple reasons:
  1. If you're going to steal from me, if you just want to get in my guild to loot the guild house or maybe kill me when I'm not looking while I'm green to you, at least I got 2 stories from you while running around in a ridiculous outfit. (I still win.)
  2. I've always said that the thing that separates THIEF from every other thief guild out there are the stories. This way, you get your stories, I put them up on the site, and your stories are up there with everyone else.
  3. Your template doesn't have to be complete, but it shows that you've put enough time into your thief and your skills are high enough to be usable. I'm all for recruiting new players, even those who have never played a thief before. But what's the point of being in THIEF if you can't steal anything? This proves that you can.

Recruitment Stone a.k.a. Wannabe Stone a.k.a. Chad Stone

Guildmaster: Laggy McLagerson
Guild Name: Wannabe THIEF
Abbreviation: chad

All recruits are required to wear *yellow* death robes while on the recruitment stone and while they make their first two steals.

(The guild is intentionally named to make you want to get off the stone as fast as possible.)
