5.1: The Base Thief Template

As far as I'm concerned, these are the minimum skills that any thief must have:

Stealing GM+
Snooping GM
Hiding GM
Stealth 80
Ninjitsu GM+
Note: These values are after item bonuses.

Yes, it is possible to get away with less. But I wouldn't recommend it.
