Day 13

If I kill a man, a thief, an adulterer, a scoundrel, a murderer and a rapist, does that justify his death? If he is the father of a sweet little girl does it makea difference?

If our roles were reversed, he would not give it a seconds' thought. "Eye-for-an-eye" they say.

These are the thoughts that haunt my waking dreams. As innocent as she is now, sooner or later, the reality of the world we live in will come crashing through her world, and shatter everything she thought she knew. It always does. I'm haunted by the ghosts of my past, by my hand and no other. And in my weakest moments, I want to stab my eyes out.
