- (Note: Looks like I erased my original commentary, and me without a backup. I'll try to recreate it, but of course it
won't be exactly the same. - 5/21/07)
- Well, here goes my first attempt at writing. I think it turned out pretty well. The story seemed to come out naturally
after I figured out the basic outline, and it's at a perfect length of 1600+ words. My goal is to keep all the chapters
between 1,000 and 2,000 words. I definitely want to keep the one thousand minimum, but I may have to break the upper limit
in the future, we'll just have to see.
- The end of each chapter is going to have some kind of "calligraphy" piece to it. A sign, or letter, or page in a book that's
relevant to the chapter or story. I think it turned out pretty well for someone who's never done calligraphy before. But of
course it's also a drawing as well as a calligraphy piece this time.
- It wasn't until after I finished writing the chapter did I realize how appropriate it was that it was about the main character
being robbed since this is uothief.com.
