Today started out showing signs of promise...a trinket there, a Talisman there...and me without any screen shots...(I thought they'd all be sleeping Sad)I curl up and take a nap waiting on the the evening when people would be out in force and Spawn Raids, and PvP would bring me riches, to Yew Gate.
As fate would have it, the gods decided that no one not currently active in the world could become so, and I was fated to rest longer than I wanted......
When I was able, to rejoin my people, well the people carrying my goods, I discovered they were all paid up on their insurance....it seems tonight was destined to be a failure..though I did meet one other thief at the gate and he was interested in who we are and what we do....

Later into the night when the raid guilds are tucked safely in their beds with dreams of murdering flowing through their heads I decided to check out Despise...and walk into a party!"For me?"
"no no I wasn't expecting this.."
"What your not ready?, I'll act surprised and you might get a surprise too ^^!"
I await for them to make their preparation all the while keeping out of sight finding a comfy spot to wait while they clean out the vermin..
Now these folks aren't completely unknown to me, well at least Faygo of ~RD~ isn't she's been known to carry some goodies from time to time (See Episode 1 and 2) MaxPain her guild mate I've seen before yet haven't the pleasure of doing an inventory of his pack. Gorath was a new comer to these festivities having not seen him with either of the others before, leaving me wondering what guild he belongs to with no tag showing. (Further Researches tell me Gorath is a member of RoT)
I decide I'd check out Gorath first if possible then worry about the other two having seen Faygo take a dirt nap thanks to some rather upset rats....I get into position Barracoon dies and Gorath flies through the gate *nuts*. Leaving me with Faygo and MaxPain. I check Faygo first and find a couple of 110 scrolls...then I check MaxPain and find a 110 and 2 115 scrolls. I put the better of the two on last target, but this guy just won't hold still for a moment. I get revealed before making the steal and walk out into the star room with my head hung in shame.
I hide and position myself behind the gate and wait (I've still got that scroll on last target!!) Faygo enters and casts Invis to see if anyone was around. Satisfied she leaves without detecting my presence and I pray Max doesn't take another exit or didn't pass off his scrolls.
Minutes go by I'm starting to fear the alter gate has closed and just as I'm about to give up all hope Max re-enters my life. I wait he walks to the Moongate and goes to select his destination and I strike.Success!! They thought I was done, alone in my embarrassment, ashamed and vanquished! **Flips off the World**
I make my way out of the reach of their vengeance and proceed to Luna to store my new treasure.Until Next time may all of your items be Uninsured and all of your local thieves look as good as me!!
